Health, and why you should care!

So often we make excuses as to why we don’t work out, or eat healthy foods, or get enough sleep, and the list goes on!  But maybe there are valid reasons to rethink our excuses.  Let’s consider a few.

Value

Yes you have value.  Your family, friends, and even your pet loves you.

Deserving

Everybody deserves to feel their best.  They deserve to have energy and be happy.

Ability

Are you better than you used to be?  That’s what health is.  It’s really all in your brain: your body won’t go where your mind doesn’t push it.  Give it a try and you may be surprised as to what you can do!

Time

Is there really not enough time?  When you think about it, an hour is roughly 4% of your day.  Can you find the time to take care of yourself each day?

Ownership

Charles R Swindoll said “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.”  The way we treat our bodies and care for ourselves is definitely something we can control.

Example

We can inspire our families and friends by being a good example.  So get out there and be that inspiration!!

Enjoyment

When you take care of yourself it’s like getting a gift every day.  Think of how it will make you feel on a daily basis.  Increased energy and happiness will be your daily gift.
