Most people immediately associate whiplash with a car accident, but even a fall or repetitive movement can cause whiplash. The symptoms caused by whiplash can sometimes take weeks to start showing, but the damage can last for years.

What is whiplash? It is a condition in which the joints in the back of the neck are forced together, which usually slide easily over one another which causes damage to the discs, nerves, ligaments and muscles all around them.
